A native of Pike County, KY, Charlie majored in Marketing at the University
of Kentucky. Charlie is a high volume producer in health insurance and personal lines insurance. As a client, you gain from his insurance experiences, which span over a decade. He personally handles most of our business and commercial lines clients. Charlie is a past president of the Big Sandy Life Underwriters and is active in the Kentucky Independent Insurance Agents association. Charlie is a member
of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce and the Pikeville Rotary Club. As
a regional sportscaster for local cable TV, Charlie is widely known for
his support of local schools; especially Pikeville College. Recently, he
was inducted into the Pikeville College Hall of Fame and named The Mid-South Conference Media Person of the Year for 2007.
In
addition to his involvement with Pikeville College Athletics, Charlie enjoys
cooking. He recently won second place in a local charity chili cook off.
Charlie and wife, Joyce are active in several local arts programs including
Pike County Extension. Known for their ballroom dancing, the Pinsons have
been recognized by the Kentucky House of Representatives for their East
Coast Swing Dance performances.
